Reporting a security problem

If you have found a way to see data you should not, to get round a payment, or to make Sentinz do something it should not, we want to hear about it — privately, before anyone else does.

How to tell us

Write to info@sentinz.com with "Security" in the subject. Say what you found, how to reproduce it, and what you think it allows. We reply within three working days and keep you informed until it is fixed.

What is in scope

• The Sentinz iOS app
• sentinz.com
• The services the app talks to on our behalf: our Supabase project, our Edge Functions, and the voice relay

Please

• Use only your own account, or test accounts you created. Never access, change or delete anybody else's data — if you reach some by accident, stop, tell us, and do not keep a copy.
• Do not run denial-of-service tests, spam, social engineering or physical attacks.
• Give us a reasonable time to fix the problem before you tell anyone else.

If you act in good faith and within these lines, we will not take legal action against you, and we will thank you publicly if you would like us to.
